HOW TO INDENTIFY THE ORIGINAL IPHONE BATTERY

Some of the high copy batteries are with original sponge cushions as well, because the flex cable on the high copy battery is from the original ones while they assemble the high copy ones. You can easily distinguish the difference between original and high copy battery from the front.
As the photo shown as below, the Apple logo on the original battery will be a little bit upper, and there is a 60950 battery certification standards below. This standard includes the certification country, certification items, and testing standards. For example, the following battery is for iPhone 6 plus model, the certification country is Thailand, the certification project is TISI, and the test standard is TIS 2217-2548 (2005). But the high copy battery has not been certified, so there is no certification standard. What’s more, the flex cable of the high copy battery is soft , but the original one is relatively hard and not easy to deform. The last method is to check the produce date of the battery. For example:battery for iPhone 5s, basically produced in year of 2013,2014,if you see the date is 2016 year or later, it must be high copy or assembly batteries.
Similarly, you can identify other model iPhone battery if original or not, the difference between battery production time and mobile phone listing time is about 1 year, if the time difference is too much,so the battery is not original at all!( right one of photo 5 is high copy battery)
To summarize: there are 3 kinds of high copy batteries in the market.
A Original disassemble old refurbished battery
This kind of battery is not significantly different from the new original battery after being refurbished by special means, and the memory chip of the battery has also been replaced with a new one, so only check the data is also zero cycle, but the standby time for installation is very short---about half a year. However, it is difficult to identify from the appearance and feeling of this battery but you will discover the issues during use the iPhone.
B Perpetrating a fraud with high copy batteries
It is assembled with Chinese electric core 、outer packaging and flex cable of Apple battery. Of course, the package of this battery is different from the original package, just imitating the original ones. The text on both sides of the package is mostly printed on the ordinary side, so the font is whitish without light blue gloss. Some merchants will choose the original battery, plus a privately designed trademark sticker, and package the entire battery for sale. This will cost more than the high copy battery, so the price of this battery is also higher, but the original battery is reliable and safety ,this kind of battery is OK to use. But not all high-priced brand batteries are made of original batteries and stickers, so you need to be carefully identified.
